Delta Pol combat boot
The VÃLKL Delta Pol family are combat boots that are specifically tailored to the needs of federal and state police departments. Black and full of leather they fit to any uniform. In addition, the Delta Pol family is equipped with all major features of a safety shoe: Protective midsole, toe protection, anti-static, oil, petrol and acid resistant. Although there somewhat heavier than the Delta family, the Delta Pol boots will occur extremely lightweight when compared to ther commercial competitors. Through their damping and flexibilty, the VÃLKL Delta Pol are boots with all necessary safety features for police that almost seem sneakers.
Technical description
- Upper made of full grain waterproof leather, thickness 2,0 - 2,2 mm and leather inserts thickness 1,5 mm for optimum flexibility in the ankle area. Water resistant thread.
- Highly breathable, abrasion resistant and sweat absorbant textile inlining, completely padded. Can be alternatively produced with Sympatex®-High-2-Out climate system (membrane).
- Leather tongue, fixed to the upper with water repellant and abrasion resistant textile (CORDURA®).
- Rust resistant loops and hooks; the hooks can be replaced through loops if requested. Abrasion and water resistant laces.
- Flex zone in the heel area and pull on loop at the rear of the boot.
- Protective steel or aluminum toe cap resistant to an impact up to 200 Joules, protective steel midsole. Can be alternatively produced without safety features or with only one of them.
- Anatomical, removable insole made of natural cork, covered with an abrasion resistant textile, sweat absorbant, excellent properties of energy absorption, washable at 30°C
- Rubber / PU self-cleaning sole, injection moulded, contact heat resistant (HRO), highest slipping resistance coefficient (SRC), excellent properties of shock absorption and insulation against high and low temperatures. Antistatic.
- Size range : 37 - 46.
